Roles and Responsibilities
I have a large amount of knowledge within Costs Law, including the Court of Protection, Legal Aid and Personal Injury sectors. At the beginning of my career I specialised solely in the Court of Protection sector, in which I achieved numerous bills assessed as drawn by the Senior Courts Costs Office and won many appeals of assessment. I then decided to expand my career into the Personal Injury sector, whilst undertaking Legal Aid costs briefly. I am currently a member of the Costs Drafting team where I focus on the drafting of bills of costs and budgets for multi-track matters. I am then able to provide advice in relation to recoverability of the profit costs prior to negotiations.

Additional Personal Details
I enjoy frequent city breaks, spending most of my time in art galleries and wine tasting. Mental Health Awareness is of great importance to me and I have participated in various fundraising events – including a 24 hour long hike in which everyone involved raised over £93,000 to help make mental health services available to everyone who needs them When I a not exploring the world, or participating in fundraising events, I spend most of my time in the company of my two sausage dogs, both of who enjoy a very pampered lifestyle.
