How long have you been working in costs?

I have been working in costs since 2016.

When did you join PIC?

I joined PIC in May 2025.

What work do you do?

I am a Legal Costs Consultant and have worked in legal costs since 2016. I found my way into legal costs as my children grew older and became more independent, and I have enjoyed every second of working in the field.

Before moving into costs, much of my adult life was spent being “Mum” to three children. Having a child with additional needs meant spending time navigating support systems, advocating to ensure his needs were being met and being the organised person who held everything together.

Additional personal details:

Outside of work, I enjoy long walks with our two Labradors, Honey and Buttons, weekend breaks and getting happily lost in a good book.
