How long have you been working in costs?

I have been working in costs for 26 years.

When did you join PIC?

I joined PIC on 31 January 2000.

What work do you do?

I am the Head of PIC and a qualified Costs Lawyer, having qualified in 2015. I have extensive experience across complex, high-value costs matters, including catastrophic injury, cerebral palsy, amputation and road traffic collision cases.

Over my career, I have worked on a range of significant matters, including the Selby Rail Crash, multimillion-pound cerebral palsy cases, complex CICA matters, SCIL budgets and high-value pressure sore claims.

Additional personal details:

In my spare time, I enjoy socialising with friends, going to the theatre, travelling abroad and spending time with my husband, two children and two dogs.
