What work do you do?

My caseload focuses primarily on the preparation of Precedent H Costs Budgets and Bills of Costs for Claimants in personal injury and clinical negligence cases involving complex issues and catastrophic life-changing injuries.

Some interesting cases

• I prepared the Bill of Costs in AB v Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust [2019] EWHC 1889 (QB) which dealt with the change of funding from Legal Aid to CFA.
• Several high value, complex and long-running personal injury and clinical negligence cases including cerebral palsy, brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputations, etc.
• Several actions arising from the Tebay rail disaster including fatal injuries as well as significant psychological injuries to rail workers.
• Multi-Claimant action with test cases arising from cosmetic procedures.
