I have been working in costs since 5 April 2004.

I joined PIC on 1 April 2014.

What work do you do?

I am a Legal Costs Services Manager at PIC. As part of the management team, my role is to provide support to our fee earners and ensure they have the necessary resources to deliver the level of service our clients require.

I have experience working on substantial costs matters, including multiple seven-figure bills and budgets. These have occasionally involved high-profile professional negligence cases, but more commonly relate to cerebral palsy and traumatic brain injury matters.

I hold a BA (Hons) in History from Lancaster University.
