What work do you do?

Currently just drafting. In the past I have also done drafting negotiating and advocacy on Inter Partes work for Claimant and Defendant clients in personal injury cases (road traffic, employers liability, public liability and clinical negligence), commercial cases, probate cases, judicial review cases.

Additional personal details.

Back in 2021 a case of mine (Mullaraj v Secretary of State for the Home Department) was reported on because it strengthened the point that even if you beat a paying party’s offer only by a small margin, you still win and should get your costs.
