Preparation of Costs Budgets and Bills of Costs in high value and complex multi track personal injury and clinical negligence cases..

Some interesting cases
Complex high value RTA claim, liability firmly disputed, split trial on liability – Trial listed for 3 days and continued to a 4th day, indemnity costs awarded to the Claimant complex high value clinical negligence case with complex issues relating to issues of breach of duty and causation.

Additional personal details:
I enjoy running, holidays, socialising with friends, spending time with my young family. I am also governor of my children’s school.
