“Seamus has an unparalleled eye for detail. He uses his skill as an advocate to pre-empt and tackle potential issues when drafting Bills of Costs and Costs Budgets, making it much easier to justify the costs claimed and maximise recovery. Advice is always clear and commercially focussed – I would recommend him to anybody.”
