How long have you been working in costs?

I have been working in costs for 11 years.

When did you join PIC?

I joined PIC in April 2025.

What work do you do?

I am a Legal Costs Consultant at PIC and deal with all aspects of bill drafting.

Before moving into legal costs, I worked in personal injury for 7 years, concentrating on post-issue work towards the end of that period. Following maternity leave in 2008, I returned to work part-time, developing and maintaining a Proclaim database for my former employer.

After a period of redundancy in 2013, I moved into legal costs, where I have worked ever since.

Additional personal details:

Outside of work, I enjoy gardening, crafting, travelling and going away in my campervan.
