I joined PIC in November 1998.

What work do you do?

I am a Senior Costs Consultant at PIC with over 27 years’ experience in legal costs. I support clients across complex costs matters and bring long-standing knowledge of the costs process to the work I undertake.

I hold GCSEs, A-Levels and an HND in Business and Finance.

Interesting cases

• A complex, high-value road traffic accident claim where liability was firmly disputed. The matter involved a split trial on liability, which was listed for 3 days and continued to a 4th day, with indemnity costs awarded to the Claimant.
• A complex, high-value clinical negligence case involving detailed issues relating to breach of duty and causation.

Additional personal details:

Outside of work, I have three boys who are football crazy, so I spend a lot of time on the side of a pitch. I enjoy keeping fit and walking our Labradoodle.

I am Chair of Governors at my boys’ old primary school and secretary of the boys’ local football club.
