How long have you been working in costs? 

I have been working in the legal sector for 15 plus years.

When did you join PIC?

I joined PIC in January 2024.

What work do you do? 

I have a strong strategic and business development background and an excellent track record in building trusted relationships with clients. I have worked on both sides of the litigation process having worked for RSA and Aon as well as holding senior management positions at two claimant law firms. I believe I have an excellent insight into the demands and challenges faced by our solicitor clients. My primary focus will be to fully support our clients within an everchanging market by identifying opportunities and developing partnerships, building on PIC’s past success, and ensuring our clients have access to the full range of products and services available within the wider Frenkel Topping Group.

Additional personal details.

Having hung up my football coaching badges after 16 seasons I still have a passion for most competitive sports, as well as travel, long coastal walks preferably with a welcoming pub and a glass of wine at the end. My claim to fame; I was born on Christmas Day and my parents are called Mary and Joseph (unfortunately I have not mastered the trick of changing water to wine!).
