Roles and Responsibilities
My current role as Operations Manager involves supporting the day to day running of PIC. I oversee our fee earning and operations teams to ensure that we provide the best service possible to our clients. I am constantly looking at improvements within the business to ensure we can keep ahead in the Costs market. I started my career at PIC as a Costs Negotiator thereafter becoming a Team Leader, Costs Manager and now the Operations Manager. I have worked within the Legal Industry for over 17 years, over 9 years of which have been at PIC specialising in Costs.
Additional personal details:
I have two children whose activities take up the majority of my time however as a family we enjoy walking and family trips away.
